Blueberry Muffin Mix Cookies
These are not the prettiest of cookies, but they are tasty and great for a breakfast on the run or a snack!
Ingredients
-1 box of blueberry muffin mix (I used Krusteez)
-3/4 cups oatmeal
-1/3 cup applesauce or vegetable oil
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven the 375 F.
- Drain and rinse blueberries.
- Mix all ingredients, except for blueberries.
- After other ingredients are well mixed, gently fold in blueberries.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until tops of cookie become golden brown.
- Allow to cool on cookie sheets and enjoy!
