Day 261- Hoops
I went to a basketball game tonight at the Honda Center in Anaheim. I didn't take any great photos so I made this one a little more fun. I overexposed the picture, upped the contrast, and increased the saturation.
Technical Info- ISO 3200, 18mm, f/3.5, 1/250

Day 249
Day 249- Airports
I've been in 4 airports in the last week! I liked these tiles at the Houston airport.
I put some filters on this photo in Photoshop.
Technical Info- ISO 3200, f/5.6, 30mm, 1/1000 (I estimated these numbers because my iphoto is not working and i can't retrieve the file info)

Day 100
Day 100- Day 100!!
Today is the 100th day of my blog! I've been having a lot of fun and learning a lot about photography and my personal photographic style. I'm so glad my friends and family have been supporting my "photography challenge" and visiting my blog! Today's photo is actually three pictures I took and put together. The "1" is from a home address, the first "0" is from a dart board and the second "0" is from a license plate. Thanks Mom, for the fun "Day 100" idea!

Day 71
Day 71- Retro Pavilion
Today I took a walk around the perimeter of Balboa Island. I took lots of fun pictures but none of them were that special. I decided to add some effects to make this photo look like it was a vintage picture. The Balboa Pavilion has been there for over 100 years so I thought it was appropriate to add the effects to this photo!
Technical Info- ISO 100, 135mm, f/5, 1/800

Day 3

Today my friends and I had lunch in Old Town Orange. Despite taking many pictures, I wasn't really that pleased with any of them. Inspired by vintage postcards, I used Photoshop to doctor this picture. I added a bluer sky, boosted the color, and changed a sign that looked too modern. One of my favorite things about The Orange Circle is its nostalgic feel. You really feel like you've stepped back in time. I hope this vintage inspired picture is much more fun and interesting than the original. Here is the before and after!
